Juice Mix of bananas and dates



Begin your morning off ideal with this simple breakfast smoothie. Dates, almond drain, and a banana help make up this healthy smoothie.

Fixings


1/2
containers unsweetened almond drain

1/2
container medjool dates, set

1
little banana

2
tablespoons almond margarine

1
tablespoon nectar (discretionary)

glass ice solid shapes

Headings

In a medium bowl join the almond drain and dates; cover and chill overnight. (Or, then again put dates in a heatproof bowl and cover with bubbling water; let stand 10 minutes. Deplete and cool marginally.)

In a blender join drain, dates, banana, almond spread, and if wanted, nectar. Cover and mix 30 seconds or until smooth. Include ice and mix until smooth.
