Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork Balls

For the pork balls
4oz/115g white onion, minced
1lb/450g ground or minced pork
1 tbsp spread
1 tsp salt
½ tsp star anise powder
4oz/115g coconut flour
1 egg, beaten to tie
4oz/115g hard yet mellow cheddar, ground
For the sweet and acrid sauce
2 tsp fluid stevia
8 tbsp diminished sugar ketchup
oz/180ml refined white wine vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
Strategy:
Warmth stove to 350°F/180°C/Gas check 4
Blend the greater part of the sauce fixings together in a skillet and
